Peugeot Operates 'All New Peugeot 2008 SUV' Pop-up Store at Starfield Hanam
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Peugeot announced on the 30th that it will operate a pop-up store for the ‘All New Peugeot 2008 SUV’ at Starfield Hanam Mallis Atrium for one week until the 5th of next month.
The pop-up store was set up to showcase the stylish design, luxurious interior, and the ‘Power of Choice’ strategy, which offers all powertrains in a single model of the All New Peugeot 2008 SUV.
The pop-up store was designed with a decalcomania concept, a technique of folding paper in half to create symmetrical patterns. This was to express Peugeot’s Power of Choice strategy, which provides different engines but the same platform, enjoyment, and style. Centered around the reception desk, the diesel and electric versions of the All New Peugeot 2008 SUV were placed on the left and right sides, with screens and floor surfaces also arranged symmetrically. However, for the New Peugeot e-2008 SUV, a charging wall box and cable were also provided to emphasize that it is an electric vehicle. A separate consultation area was prepared where sales staff can provide purchase advice, and visitors can test drive the All New Peugeot 2008 SUV on site.
Events were also prepared. To participate in the SNS event, visitors take photos of the pop-up store and upload them to their Instagram with the designated hashtags and mandatory hashtags to receive Peugeot souvenirs. Customers who complete a test drive on site will also receive souvenirs, and customers who sign a contract on site will be given official Peugeot goods and an eco-friendly cold cup.

The All New Peugeot 2008 SUV is Peugeot’s best-selling SUV, completely redesigned after six years. Prices including VAT are 32.48 million KRW for the Allure trim and 35.45 million KRW for the GT Line. The electrified version, New Peugeot e-2008 SUV, is priced at 45.9 million KRW for the Allure and 48.9 million KRW for the GT Line. In particular, the New Peugeot e-2008 SUV can be purchased in the 30 million KRW range after receiving a national subsidy of 6.28 million KRW and additional local government subsidies depending on the vehicle registration area.
