According to Mando on the 30th, after the labor-management negotiations on the 29th, the negotiations were concluded following a union approval vote on the 2020 wage and collective agreement on the morning of the same day. This agreement, settled without dispute for the eighth consecutive year, includes a wage freeze and the use of substitute leave for annual paid vacation.
