[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Jung Yoon-sook, president of the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association, who was sued for 'workplace harassment' including verbal abuse of employees, has been referred to the prosecution.
On the 30th, the Suseo Police Station in Seoul announced that President Jung, who is accused of insult and other charges, was sent to the prosecution without detention with a recommendation for indictment.
Employee A filed a complaint stating that after President Jung took office last year, she was verbally abused and subjected to harassment such as swearing at drinking parties for over a year, prompting the police to launch an investigation.
