CEO Kim was born in 1988 and is the eldest son of Kim Sang-yeol, the head of the Hoban Group. He is the largest shareholder of Hoban Construction, holding 54.73% (about 1.51 million shares) of the company's stock. It is reported that CEO Kim is leading Hoban Construction's future strategy, moving away from a portfolio focused on rental housing projects to nurturing startups and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Hoban Construction entered the top 10 in the construction capacity evaluation last year for the first time, and recently, Chairman Kim stepped down from frontline management and is pushing for an initial public offering (IPO) within the year.

Announcer Kim was born in 1993, graduated from Seoul Women's University with a degree in Visual Design, and worked as a contract announcer at MBC in 2016. Since 2018, she has been hosting programs on SBS such as the weekend "SBS 8 News," "Curious Story Y," and "Sports Tonight."
