On the 28th, the Iksan City Council announced that it would open the 229th special session for four days until the 31st to review the 2nd supplementary budget.
The city council will conduct preliminary reviews by each standing committee until the 29th, hold a special budget and settlement committee meeting on the 29th and 30th to examine the supplementary budget necessary for local economic recovery and urgent municipal tasks, and then make the final decision at the 2nd plenary session on the 31st.
The 3rd supplementary budget this time amounts to 169.6 billion KRW, with major projects including the Employment Safety Preemptive Response Package Support Project and the COVID-19 Overcoming Hope Job Project.
