Kyobo Life Insurance's Customer Co-prosperity 'Darwin Service' Surpasses 1 Million Trainees
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Kyobo Life Insurance announced on the 28th that the cumulative number of participants in its customer win-win program, 'DA-Win Service,' which is celebrating its 16th year this year, has surpassed 1 million.
The DA-Win Service is a program that provides free customer satisfaction (CS) training and consulting to public institutions, medical institutions, and general companies. It started in June 2005. It has conducted over 21,000 training sessions for more than 17,700 companies and organizations, with a cumulative number of participants exceeding 1,097,000.
Eleven dedicated CS consultants provide customized training and content according to the company's situation and needs, and also suggest improvement plans through monitoring after the training.
