In connection with the policy discussion, the city plans to proactively respond to the Korean New Deal by discovering new national budget projects, public contest projects, and independent new projects for each department for the next year, and will continuously propose COVID-19 related institutional improvements to the government.
Additionally, as reductions in local allocation tax and concentrated government budget support for Korean New Deal-related projects are expected, on the 28th of next month, capacity-building training will be conducted for public contest and national budget project practitioners.
The training will focus on new policy development directions suitable for the post-COVID-19 era and the Korean New Deal, how to utilize policy data sites by ministry, and how to write public contest project proposals.
