'On and Off' Kim Min-a "Foreign Car Installments Made Me a Diligent Person"
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Kim Mina revealed the foreign car that helped her endure early morning commutes. On that day, she also challenged herself with her first self car wash.
On the 25th episode of tvN's 'On and Off,' Kim Mina described her car as "a reliable friend I met about four years ago who has protected me quite a few times."
She continued, "It's a February 2016 model. I started weather broadcasting in January 2016 and received the car in February," emphasizing, "The reason I kept enduring tough early morning commutes without quitting until I was fired was thanks to this car."
She revealed, "The monthly installment payment is exactly 640,000 won," and that she has currently paid for 53 months.
She added, "This friend made me a diligent person. I did something even my parents couldn't do. A good friend," and said, "A bit of debt seems to be the driving force for living."
That day, Kim Mina attempted a self hand wash for the first time to remove the accumulated dirt on her car. Although clumsy, she successfully finished the wash and went for a refreshing drive.
Heading to Yangpyeong Dumulmeori, Kim Mina enjoyed some leisurely time alone. She explained, "In the past one to two years, my schedule was very busy, so whenever I had a day off, I mostly stayed at home. But I realized that taking time out like this is necessary for me."
