According to Mapo-gu, patient No. 49 in the district, Mr. A, began showing symptoms on the 23rd. After symptom onset, on the 23rd, he wore a mask and visited clinics and pharmacies. All contacts have been identified, and the locations have been disinfected.
Mr. A underwent a COVID-19 test at the Mapo-gu Public Health Center on the 24th. The route of infection is under investigation. One family member is currently in self-quarantine after testing at a screening clinic. Mr. A was admitted to Seoul National University Hospital around 2 p.m.
