The 'Government-wide Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence Eradication Promotion Inspection Team,' led by the inspection general team leader, including legal, counseling, and labor experts, will participate in the on-site inspection. This inspection is based on the Framework Act on Gender Equality and the Act on the Prevention of Sexual Violence and Protection of Victims.

The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family stated, "We will qualitatively inspect whether measures to prevent recurrence and implementation actions regarding sexual harassment and sexual violence incidents that occurred in the Seoul Metropolitan Government have been properly carried out, the status of secondary damage within the organization and corresponding measures, as well as the content and participation methods of violence prevention education." They added, "After identifying issues, we will reflect them in improvement plans and the establishment of recurrence prevention measures."
