DB Insurance Launches Free Vehicle Inspection Service
Free Inspection for Car Insurance Customers Visiting 326 Promica World Locations Nationwide
Free Inspection for Rest Area Visitors
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] DB Insurance announced on the 24th that it will provide free vehicle inspection services from the 27th to the 31st of this month to prevent accidents during the vacation season and enhance customer satisfaction.
This service will be available at 326 Promica World locations nationwide for customers who have purchased automobile insurance from DB Insurance.
Customers who have subscribed to the Auto Care Service special contract will receive 25 inspections including brake oil and tire air pressure checks, as well as sterilization and deodorization services. Customers without the special contract will receive 12 inspections and interior sterilization and deodorization services. To ensure customer safety and convenience, free inspection services will be provided not only to DB Insurance customers but also to vehicles of customers insured by other companies at highway rest areas where traffic volume surges during the vacation period.
The service will be offered at the Shintanjin and Tancheon rest area Promica World locations from the 31st of this month to August 1st, and again on the 7th and 8th of next month.
Customers subscribed to the Auto Care Service special contract will receive 25 inspection services, while non-subscribers and customers of other companies will receive 12 inspection services.

A DB Insurance official explained, "Although the entire non-life insurance industry is generally reducing services, we decided to implement free vehicle inspection services anticipating an increase in domestic travel using private vehicles."
