The Busan office building has a site area of 1,352m² and a total floor area of 18,391m², consisting of 15 floors above ground and 6 basement levels. The building design was handled by 'Macanoo,' an architectural group representing Dutch postmodernism, utilizing a facade design to embody the dynamic and active image of Busan.
Financial companies such as Heungkuk Life Insurance Busan Financial Plaza, Busan Branch, Busan HM Branch, Busan GA Branch, and Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance Branch are scheduled to move into the building.
