Heo Seong-gon, Mayor of Gimhae, Elected as Chairman of the Gyeongnam Mayors and Governors Association
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] Gimhae City in Gyeongnam announced on the 22nd that Mayor Heo Seong-gon of Gimhae City was elected as the president of the Gyeongnam Mayors and County Governors Association for the second half of the 7th term of the elected government.
On the same day, the Gyeongnam Mayors and County Governors Association held its 82nd regular meeting at the Sancheong Donguibogam Village and elected its executives. Mayor Heo, elected as the association president, will serve for two years and will also concurrently serve as the regional co-chairman of the National Mayors, County Governors, and District Heads Association.
