Shinhan Bank-Samjong KPMG, Business Agreement to Expand Foreign and Overseas Investment
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] Shinhan Bank announced on the 22nd that it signed a business agreement on the 21st with Samjeong KPMG to establish a mutual strategic partnership for attracting and supporting foreign investment and overseas investment companies.
This agreement aims to ▲ attract foreign investment and overseas investment companies and provide financial, accounting, tax, and consulting services ▲ discover overseas mergers and acquisitions (M&A) investment opportunities and mutually introduce clients ▲ support domestic and international investments of companies by utilizing the global networks of both companies.
Shinhan Bank established a separate overseas investment marketing team this year in addition to the existing foreign investment marketing team, and supports overseas investment reporting tasks and financial services for companies expanding overseas by utilizing a global network of 153 entities in 20 countries.
Samjeong KPMG provides audit, tax and financial advisory, and consulting services in connection with a global network of 219,000 professionals in 147 countries, and it is expected that through the experience and infrastructure of both companies, various service support will be possible for clients in the future.
