Hyundai Construction to Launch 'Hillstate Songdo Stay Edition' in July
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Hyundai Construction announced on the 20th that it plans to open the model house for the residential lodging facility 'Hillstate Songdo Stay Edition' at the end of this month. Hillstate Songdo Stay Edition is constructed by Hyundai Construction and developed by Korea Asset Trust (entrusted to Korea Asset Development).
This complex will be built at 29-12 Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon (C8-1BL), consisting of 2 buildings with 608 units, ranging from 4 basement floors to 44 above-ground floors. It will be supplied as a residential lodging facility with small to medium-sized units of 77~191㎡ (exclusive area), which are highly scarce in Songdo New City.
Songdo, where the complex is located, has seen its population rapidly increase from about 2,000 in 2003 to approximately 160,000 recently. It is a highly preferred residential area with many future development plans. Around districts 6 and 8, about 10,000 Hillstate units are planned to be built.
Hillstate Songdo Stay Edition will be introduced as an all-inclusive house featuring five different community space concepts, according to a sales official. The 'Concierge House' on basement level 1 and the 3rd floor will include a lobby and reception desk. Various community spaces will be located on the 3rd floor. The healing space called 'Bath House' will feature premium sauna facilities and an indoor swimming pool.
The 'Clubhouse,' a social community space through leisure activities, will include indoor facilities such as a golf practice range, golf screen room, fitness zone, and therapy garden. On the 3rd floor, a 'Common House' will be created, which can be used as a cafeteria and business lounge. The 4th floor will house the 'Green House,' a landscaped space. A sales official said, "Edition Garden, where you can experience a European-style garden, and Event Garden, where you can enjoy parties while admiring the splendid city view of Songdo, will be created."
Nearby large malls such as Costco, Homeplus, Lotte Mart, and Hyundai Premium Outlet, as well as planned malls including E-Land Mall, Shinsegae Mall, and Lotte Mall, will be established close to the complex. Yeonsong Elementary School, Sinjeong Elementary School, Yeonsong High School, Chadwick Songdo International School, and Incheon Global Campus are also nearby.
The complex is located within walking distance of International Business District Station on Subway Line 1 and offers easy access to the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway and the planned Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway. Large parks such as Central Park, which is twice the size of Yeouido Park, and Moonlight Festival Park have also been developed.

The model house is located at 177-1 Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. The pre-promotion center is located at 160 Central-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, in Building A of Songdo Central Park Prugio Shopping Mall, and operates by appointment only.
