Seodaemun-gu Indonesian Resident in Sinchon-dong Confirmed Positive for COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Seodaemun-gu announced on the morning of the 19th that the 40th confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has occurred.
The confirmed patient entered the country through Incheon Airport from Indonesia on the 18th. Although asymptomatic on the day of entry, the COVID-19 test conducted at the Seodaemun-gu Public Health Center screening clinic resulted in a positive diagnosis this morning.
This confirmed patient, residing in Sinchon-dong, was transferred to a treatment hospital on the morning of the 19th.
