Jeju City announced on the 18th that Mr. A, who arrived from Japan, tested positive for COVID-19 according to the test results from the Jeju Provincial Institute of Health and Environment on the 18th.

Mr. A arrived at Incheon International Airport at around 2:30 PM on the 17th and then arrived at Jeju Airport at around 4:50 PM the same day. He was tested at the screening clinic located at Jeju Airport. He then took a vehicle driven by a family member to his home and self-quarantined under the supervision of health authorities.
