According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, showers will fall from daytime to nighttime in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Yeongseo region of Gangwon Province, inland Chungcheong, Jeolla Province, and western Gyeongbuk Province. The expected precipitation amount is 5 to 70 mm.
In some areas, strong showers exceeding 30 mm per hour accompanied by gusts, thunder, and lightning will occur, and hail may also fall. Visibility will be low and roads slippery in areas with showers, so caution is advised for traffic safety.
In particular, due to the strong showers falling in a short period, localized heavy rain warnings may be issued, and valley or river water levels may rise suddenly, so campers in mountainous or valley areas should be especially careful.
The morning low temperature is forecast to be 17 to 21 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature 24 to 32 degrees Celsius, making it somewhat hot during midday. Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions.
