Chairman Jongkundang's Son Indicted on Hidden Camera Filming Charges
[Asia Economy Reporter Won Dara] Lee Mo (33), son of Lee Jang-han, chairman of Chong Kun Dang, has been indicted on charges of secretly filming and distributing videos of a woman's body.
On the 15th, the Women's and Children's Crime Investigation Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Yoo Hyun-jung) recently indicted Lee without detention on charges of filming using a camera under the Sexual Violence Crime Punishment Act and distributing obscene materials under the Information and Communications Network Act.
Lee is accused of filming body parts without consent while having sexual relations with three women and uploading the videos on SNS.
