[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Suwan] Suwon City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 13th that one child attending Jina Kindergarten in Yeongtong-dong, Yeongtong-gu, tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
This child, classified as Suwon City's case number 108, was confirmed through epidemiological investigation to have attended the kindergarten until the 10th.
Accordingly, the city's quarantine authorities set up a temporary screening clinic in front of the kindergarten from 3 PM on the same day and are conducting comprehensive testing on 214 people, including 23 kindergarten teachers and 191 students.

A city quarantine official stated, "The results of the comprehensive testing at Jina Kindergarten are expected to be available between late tonight and tomorrow morning," adding, "There is concern about a cluster infection due to the large number of teachers and students at the kindergarten."
