[Photo] Byeollisaehoe and Venture Capital Association Collaborate to Expand IP-Based Venture Investment
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korean Patent Attorneys Association announced on the 13th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korea Venture Capital Association to mutually cooperate in "spreading a culture of venture investment based on intellectual property (IP) and revitalizing the domestic venture investment ecosystem." According to the agreement, both organizations will join forces in jointly developing educational programs to strengthen IP expertise, sharing and utilizing IP due diligence evaluation guides, and more. In particular, the Patent Attorneys Association plans to establish an environment where the value of IP can be properly assessed in the financial market by sharing the "IP Due Diligence Evaluation Guide" with the Venture Capital Association to provide companies with IP valuation.
