KOFIA Opens 'Domestic Real Estate Development and Finance Practice' Course
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] The Korea Financial Investment Association's Financial Investment Education Center announced that it will open the "Domestic Real Estate Development and Finance Practice" in-person training course starting August 24 and will begin recruiting trainees from the 13th.
This course is designed to comprehensively acquire practical knowledge required in the field, including real estate development-related laws and policies, drafting contracts, practical work for real estate development projects, and case analysis related to reconstruction and redevelopment. Additionally, the instructors are composed of experts with field experience, which is expected to enhance work capabilities in related practical areas such as project feasibility evaluation, licensing procedures, and product development.
The training period is a total of 41 hours over 10 days from August 24 to September 14, held three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in the evenings at the Yeouido Financial Investment Education Center.
