Pohang City Joint Hygiene Inspection of Group Catering Facilities and Food Ingredient Suppliers
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] Pohang City, Gyeongsangbuk-do announced on the 12th that from the 13th to the 31st, it will conduct joint inspections targeting group meal service facilities and food ingredient suppliers to prevent COVID-19 and food poisoning.
The inspection, conducted in cooperation with the Provincial Office of Education, Daegu Food and Drug Administration, and the Children's Meal Management Support Center, targets 167 kindergartens and daycare centers, as well as 237 welfare facilities for socially vulnerable groups and industrial group meal service facilities.
The main inspection items include ▲ use of expired products ▲ violations of hygienic handling standards and facility standards ▲ personal hygiene management such as health checkups. Considering concerns about the spread of COVID-19, compliance with COVID-19 prevention guidelines is also subject to inspection.
