This is the 7th albatross recorded in the history of the KLPGA Tour. The most recent case was by Jeon Woo-ri (23, Korea Land & Trust) at the Lotte Rent-a-Car Women’s Open last April. Lee Jeong-eun6 combined one albatross, four birdies, and one bogey to shoot 6 under par, entering the competition for the championship. Lee Jeong-eun6 has been playing on the domestic stage since the LPGA Tour in the United States suspended events after the Australian Women’s Open in February due to concerns over the spread of COVID-19.
