KB Securities Signs Financial Advisory MOU with Techcross Water & Energy and Techcross Environmental Services

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] KB Securities announced on the 9th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for comprehensive financial advisory services with Techcross Water & Energy Co., Ltd. and Techcross Environmental Services Co., Ltd. at the KB Securities headquarters in Yeouido on the 8th.

Techcross Water & Energy and Techcross Environmental Services are comprehensive environmental companies engaged in water treatment businesses such as supplying industrial water including pure and ultrapure water, wastewater treatment, and sewage reuse, as well as waste treatment and energy recovery, air pollution prevention projects, and new renewable energy businesses including ESS, covering business development, design, construction, and operation.
Through this MOU, KB Securities plans to jointly lead and build a financial advisory network with Techcross Water & Energy and Techcross Environmental Services in areas including ▲ mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic investments ▲ initial public offerings (IPO) ▲ corporate governance restructuring ▲ project finance businesses.
