Gyeonggi Office of Education Provides 'Interactive Remote Teaching Training' for Teachers at 206 Middle and High Schools
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is conducting 'Interactive Remote Class Training' to bridge the gap in remote class operations.
This training is being held online and offline from this month until November for teachers at 206 schools, including 137 middle schools and 69 high schools in the province. Schools directly select the training schedule and content, with preferred training areas being Zoom 45%, Hangouts Meet 40%, YouTube Live 10%, and others 5%.
The training features 57 excellent instructors from groups such as ▲Gyeonggi Teacher On Support Team ▲Edutech Future Education Research Association ▲Learning-Centered Class Policy Promotion Team ▲Regional Online Learning Support Team.
This training is a measure to minimize concerns about educational disparities among regions, schools, and grades while remote and in-person classes are conducted concurrently due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring equitable learning rights.
