Haman County Governor Emphasizes the Need to Share Development Vision and Plans with Residents

On this day, County Governor Jo Geun-je reflected on the achievements of the 2nd anniversary of the 7th elected term and expressed gratitude and encouragement to the employees who have worked hard in various fields.
Through the assembly, Governor Jo recalled that achievements were made such as the designation of the Gayari site, known as the mid-period of the Ara Gaya Kingdom, as a national historic site, the promotion of tourism resource development linking Agyang Embankment and Agyang Ecological Park, and the expansion of experiential tourism facilities at Ip-gok County Park.
Based on this, Governor Jo emphasized that there are numerous projects to be promoted in various fields such as culture and tourism, welfare, economy, and agriculture for future regional development and the happiness of the residents, and urged the employees to unite their efforts to build a better Haman during the remaining term.
He also ordered a comprehensive review and active sharing of the 'Vision for Haman Development 5 Years and 10 Years Later,' which is being considered by each field, as well as the '2030 Haman Development Plan' and the 'Ara Gaya Research and Restoration Project Master Plan,' which are currently under research by professional institutions.
In particular, Governor Jo mentioned that despite difficulties such as the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), all departments were able to achieve the first half-year target amount for rapid budget execution, and he also urged thorough efforts to secure national and provincial budgets without any gaps.
