Yeosu Chamber of Commerce and Industry Education Support Center 'First Start'

The Education Support Center conducted a corporate practical package course under the theme "Labor Management from Hiring to Retirement," with lectures given by Kim Kyung-ha, a tax and labor specialist instructor from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry and CEO of Seoul Nato-yan Tax and Labor Consulting Group, who is both a tax accountant and labor attorney.
Labor attorney Kim Kyung-ha provided a broad and in-depth explanation of the core aspects of HR and labor management, including basic labor knowledge, hiring, attendance management, wages, leave, and retirement-related basic labor issues. During the Q&A session, she addressed questions regarding management issues faced by companies following the introduction of the 52-hour workweek system and the definition of regular employees along with wage determination for them.
