Gwangju University, Full Effort to Prevent COVID-19 Spread Including Installation of Entrance Fever Screening Stations

On the 2nd, Gwangju University announced that it has installed fever screening stations and temporary waiting rooms at all campus entrances and adopted a drive-thru system.
This measure aligns with the elevation of social distancing to 'Level 2' in Gwangju Metropolitan City.
In addition, daily disinfection is being carried out in classrooms where face-to-face classes are held, as well as in hallways and restrooms.

Notably, Gwangju University is the first university in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions to develop and operate a COVID-19 self-diagnosis app, and has installed air showers and fever detectors in dormitories, dedicating all efforts to creating a safe environment for students and preventing the spread of COVID-19.
