The announcement of winners for Suwon Central I-Park Xi will be on the 8th, and the official contract period will be from the 20th to the 31st.

On the same day, Ulsan Taehwagang I-Park recorded an average competition rate of 31.75 to 1, with 11,971 applications received for 377 units. The highest competition rate was for Group 3, consisting of the 59㎡B and 59㎡C exclusive use types, where 3,487 applications were received for 87 units, resulting in a rate of 40.08 to 1.

Ulsan Taehwagang I-Park, located at 196-21 Seongnam-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, consists of 2 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 36 above-ground floors, with a total of 377 units. The announcement of winners for Ulsan Taehwagang I-Park will be on the 3rd, and the official contract period will be held over two days from the 7th to the 8th. Move-in is scheduled for January 2024.
