Korea Securities Finance, Reappointment of Kim Dae-sik as Standing Auditor
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] Korea Securities Finance announced on the 30th that it held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and decided to renew the term of Kim Dae-sik, full-time auditor (standing director) of Korea Securities Finance.
Auditor Kim is a legal expert who passed the 40th Judicial Examination and has served as in-house counsel at LG Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. and Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd., as well as head of the legal department and compliance officer (assistant managing director) at Korea Electric Wire Co., Ltd.
He has been serving as a full-time auditor at Korea Securities Finance since 2018.

The renewed term of Auditor Kim will be one year, starting from the expiration date of the current term on the 5th of next month.
