Dongjak-gu, Recruitment of Tenant Companies for Startup Support Facilities
Recruitment of Startup Companies for 7 SME Startup Support Centers and 4 Youth Startup Support Centers until July 13... Various Startup Programs and Management Coaching Provided to Selected Resident Companies
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Dongjak-gu (Mayor Changwoo Lee) is recruiting early-stage startups and prospective entrepreneurs to move into the Small and Medium Business Startup Support Center and the Youth Startup Support Center until July 13.
The startup support centers operated by the district are facilities that discover outstanding startup talents and provide tailored incubation programs and professional consulting for capable young (prospective) entrepreneurs according to the startup cycle.
The seven offices available in the Small and Medium Business Startup Support Center are for early-stage startups within three years of establishment, with a two-year residency period and a rent of 350,000 to 510,000 KRW per month for one year.
Additionally, four coworking spaces in the Youth Startup Support Center are recruiting prospective entrepreneurs aged 39 or younger, with a usage fee of 360,000 KRW for one year.
Eligible industries include manufacturing, technical services, computer operation-related businesses, etc., while businesses that are temporarily closed, emit environmental pollution, or have tax arrears are restricted from moving in.
Individuals or companies wishing to move in can download the relevant documents from the district website, fill them out, and submit them by visiting the Economic Promotion Division or by email to the person in charge (blueyim2@dongjak.go.kr).
The district will conduct a comprehensive review through the Small and Medium Business Startup Support Committee, composed of professors and company representatives in related fields, evaluating ▲ originality and technicality of the startup item ▲ appropriateness of the business plan ▲ growth potential ▲ suitability for residency. The selection results will be posted on the district website on July 29.
Furthermore, the district plans to provide various startup-related programs and systematic management and business coaching for the finally selected resident companies.
