Housing Construction Association, Government Award for Free Repair Service for Elderly Veterans' Homes

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] The Korea Housing Construction Association and the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) announced on the 29th that they will jointly hold the '2020 National Merit Veterans' Old House Repair and Tenant Fund Support Ceremony' at 4 p.m. on the 30th at the Diamond Room on the 3rd floor of the Federation of Korean Industries Conference Center in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
At the event, 87 companies that repaired the old houses of national merit veterans free of charge will receive government awards such as the National Medal, the Presidential Citation, and the Prime Minister's Citation, as well as the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Citation, the Commissioner of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Citation, and plaques of appreciation.
This year, the newly established National Medal will be awarded to Sinan Construction Industry. The Presidential Citation will be awarded to Solomon Housing, and two companies, Haneul Green and Seji Construction, will receive the Prime Minister's Citation.
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Citation will be awarded to six companies: Eunil General Construction, Daebang Industrial Development, Dosigonggam, Dongwoo CM Construction, Duson Construction, and Sejung CMC Construction. The Commissioner of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Citation will be awarded to six companies: Richae, Sugeun General Construction, Ever General Construction, Juham Construction, Hongbu Enterprise, and Jinbok General Construction.
