Fire Sergeant Kim Gi-nam Awarded Main Prize of 'Fire Safety Volunteer Award'

Fire Officer Kim, who works in the on-site command team of the 119 Disaster Response Unit, has been actively working on the front lines for the safety of citizens at various disaster sites, including fires, since his appointment in 2008.
In particular, he was recognized for his contribution to protecting the rights of affected residents by scientifically investigating and identifying arson as the cause of a fire during fire investigation work last year, earning him this Fire Safety Volunteer Award.
