Hoban Wins 77 Billion KRW Contract for 'Dongseong Hightown Street Housing Maintenance Project' in Busan

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Hoban Construction announced on the 28th that it was selected as the construction company at the general meeting of the Dongseong Hightown Street Housing Maintenance Project Association held on the 27th in Nam-gu, Busan.
This project involves developing an area at 1756-9 Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, with a building of 4 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, comprising 268 apartment units and commercial facilities. The construction scale is approximately 77 billion KRW.
The association plans to proceed with the project aiming to start construction in May 2022 after completing architectural reviews within the year.
The project site is adjacent to Motgol Station and Daeyeon Station on Busan Subway Line 2, and it is convenient to access various parts of Busan city and beyond via the nearby urban expressway (Busan City Road No. 11) and Gwangandaegyo Bridge.
