According to Gwangju City and Jeonnam Province on the 28th, a total of four COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Gwangju the previous day, and three cases were confirmed in Jeonnam.
On the afternoon of the 27th, a woman in her 60s, Ms. A, and her husband Mr. B, residing in Dong-gu, Gwangju, tested positive for COVID-19, and Ms. A’s sibling couple and their teenage grandson living in Mokpo City, Jeonnam, were also confirmed positive.
Subsequently, a man in his 60s, Mr. A (Gwangju case number 36), residing in Unnim-dong, Dong-gu, and a woman in her 60s, Ms. B (Gwangju case number 37), living in Hwajeong-dong, Seo-gu, were additionally confirmed positive.
