Naju City Signs Lifelong Learning City Agreement with 18 Organizations
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Naju City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Kang In-gyu) announced on the 26th that it recently signed a business agreement with 18 lifelong education-related organizations, including the Naju Office of Education, at the city hall's large conference room to promote a successful lifelong learning city.
This agreement was prepared as part of establishing a public-private-academic governance to connect and develop lifelong learning resources by institution.
The agreement institutions include the Naju Office of Education, Dongshin University, Gwangju University, Goguryeo University Lifelong Education Centers, Gwangju Citizen Media Center, Disaster Relief Association, Jeonnam Deaf Association Naju Branch Sign Language Interpretation Center, Senior Welfare Center, Job Support Center, Regional Children's Center Federation, and 18 other organizations.
The city and the agreement institutions agreed to actively cooperate in ▲ developing and distributing content related to lifelong education programs ▲ promoting and supporting lifelong education programs ▲ sharing instructor pools and managing trainees ▲ linking human and material resources for trainee entrepreneurship and job creation ▲ exchanging lifelong learning information such as academic materials and publications, and utilizing facilities.
