The summer recess is conducted to alleviate the inconvenience for parties involved in lawsuits, such as litigants, representatives, and witnesses, attending court during the hot season.
During the recess period, the court will not hold hearings, preparation hearings, mediation or reconciliation sessions, non-custodial criminal trial dates, or trials that do not significantly affect human rights for non-urgent civil, family, and administrative cases.
