View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Wemakeprice announced on the 24th that it will hold a U.S. pork launching festival until the 30th and exclusively sell new products jointly developed with livestock MDs and partners. The festival is held in collaboration with the U.S. Meat Export Federation.
The launching products are △ Ramyeon Chingu and Sari Chingu △ Two types of grilled bulgogi series. Ramyeon Chingu and Sari Chingu are seasoned meats that can be used in noodle dishes, jointly developed with Dain Food System. These are block-shaped products such as Kkot Samgyeop, Tonkotsu, and Garlic Makchang, which are added to noodles. It is the industry's first product and a patent application is currently in progress. The grilled bulgogi series is an air fryer-cooked product developed together with Cham Food. It is a seasoned meat product made from U.S. pork neck meat, offering spicy and sweet flavors.
Wemakeprice’s livestock MD directly participated in the planning, development, and marketing stages of these new products. By exclusively selling them on Wemakeprice, the intermediate distribution stages were minimized. To commemorate the launch, a first-come, first-served event will give away pot holders and aprons during the festival period.
