The presentation meeting, attended by NH NongHyup P&C CEO Choi Chang-soo, executives, and 15 members of the 7th consumer panel, included sharing improvement points and ideas for product and service enhancement, as well as awarding outstanding participants.
Over three months, NH NongHyup P&C plans to review the application of 72 proposed ideas received through the consumer panel, such as simplifying terminology in informational brochures to improve customer understanding of products and expanding large print services for elderly customers.
