Daegu Education Training Institute, 'Banggu-seok Live' Online Festival

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] Daegu Education Training Institute (Director Kim Seung-han) announced on the 22nd that it will hold the '2020 Global Education - The Bangguseok LIVE Festival' online for two days from July 31 to August 1 at Daegu Global Station (Line 2 Beomeo Station basement).
Now in its 6th year, this event is themed around creative convergence global education and will be hosted via YouTube live broadcast.
On the first day, starting with the appearance of a magician, five topics that elementary school students will enjoy (Magic Phonics, Music, Drawing, Storytelling, World Food Culture) will be conducted by native English teachers. On the second day, participants will have time to cultivate global future competencies through special lectures on children's English education for parents, teachers, and citizens.
The training institute will gift festival packages (four types of English learning tools) and special lecture books to pre-registered participants (1,500 students and 1,000 parents). Those wishing to participate can apply from the 23rd through the Daegu Global Station website.
