On the 17th, the SBS entertainment program 'Baek Jong-won's Alley Restaurant' aired a scene where culinary expert Baek Jong-won conducted an emergency inspection of the alleys around Haemieupseong in Seosan.
On this day, Baek Jong-won visited the Seosan Pork Stew Restaurant after one year. The pork stew restaurant was a place that received high praise from Baek Jong-won for its excellent cooking and friendliness during the previous filming.
However, negative reviews about the pork stew restaurant continued online, and when a secret agent was deployed, the restaurant showed a different appearance than before. The agents who tasted the pork stew cooked by the owner of the Seosan pork stew restaurant on this day even spat out the meat and left the restaurant.
While inspecting the kitchen, Baek Jong-won found earthen pots containing pre-cooked pork topped with red pepper powder and kimchi. This was completely different from the method used during the solution.
Before tasting the pork stew, Baek Jong-won said, "It smells. I'm afraid to eat it," and after tasting it, he even spat out the meat he was eating.
Seeing this, the owner said, "I eat it every day, and it doesn't smell. I did it exactly the same from the beginning," and claimed, "Customers never said it tasted bad."
Baek Jong-won pointed out, "Didn't you say customers don't speak up in front of the owner? And who would be scared to talk to the owner? They don't even look at you," and the owner replied, "Maybe I had a lot to do today."
Baek Jong-won said, "I was happy because of this place. Why has it changed like this?" and brought out the food waste bin from the kitchen, shouting, "They left food like this."
He continued, "The taste of food can change. But there is no interest in running the business. There is no gratitude towards the customers," and said, "The choice is up to the owner. The owner was not like this," expressing his regret.

A week later, the owner confided to the production team, "I should have guarded the kitchen, but I left it to the staff. I know I was wrong," and said, "I must always be kind to the customers. I hope the director can forgive me if he is upset with me. What you saw this time is not my true feelings," revealing his inner thoughts.
