[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seongbuk-gu (Mayor Lee Seung-ro) is operating a training course for elevator maintenance and safety management personnel and is recruiting applicants until July 24.
This training course consists of basic vocational skills, elevator introduction, safety management and maintenance, basic mechanical and electrical theory, elevator inspection and repair, and will be held a total of 30 times from August 10 to November 27.
The target participants are young and middle-aged residents (ages 20-45) living in Seongbuk-gu, with a total of 30 people to be selected, and anyone can participate in the entire course free of charge.
In particular, the district aims for over 70% employment of course completers. A consultative body will be formed with related organizations such as the Northern Branch of the Korea Elevator Safety Agency, the Korea Employment Welfare Center, and elevator maintenance companies to build an employment retention network and provide mentoring support, actively supporting post-training employment placement and connection.
Those who wish to participate in the elevator maintenance and safety management personnel training course can download the application form from the Seongbuk-gu Office website and submit it by email (tmdfyd67@daum.net) or visit the Korea Employment Welfare Center (183 Bomun-ro, Seongbuk-gu) in person by July 24.
