Jeonbuk Bank Signs MOU with AI-Based Chatbot Specialist InRifle
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Jeonbuk Bank announced on the 17th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with InRifle, a chatbot specialized solution company.
Through this MOU, Jeonbuk Bank aims to develop AI-based customer response services and exchange big data.
InRifle is strengthening its position in the industry by developing its own AI engine and plans to support non-face-to-face channel consultation roles through chatbots. The bank stated that in the financial environment where non-face-to-face (untact) services have emerged after the COVID-19 pandemic, technological collaboration on non-face-to-face channels is expected to enhance Jeonbuk Bank's unique competitiveness in digital finance.
