Minister Kim emphasized again, "Recently, North Korea has been sensitive to the distribution of leaflets and goods to North Korea by civilian organizations," adding, "The government will respond strictly based on the position that the distribution of leaflets and goods to North Korea causes tension between the South and North and damage to border areas, and therefore must be stopped."
