In the video, as the city bus carrying passengers starts moving, a vehicle driving in the adjacent lane turns on its turn signal and cuts into the lane where the bus was traveling, eventually causing a collision.

The accident occurred around 5 p.m. on December 16 last year. A, who had taken the college entrance exam and completed university admission at the time, suffered a broken neck and was diagnosed with full-body paralysis, remaining bedridden for six months.
