Gas Gong and Italy ENI Strengthen Energy Cooperation MOU

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] Korea Gas Corporation announced on the 12th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Italian energy company ENI to strengthen cooperation in the energy sector.
The two companies agreed to enhance collaboration in all areas including resource exploration and development, liquefied natural gas (LNG) downstream and infrastructure, hydrogen, and low-carbon energy such as biogas and biomethane.
KOGAS and ENI have cooperated on resource development projects over the past decade in Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the Mediterranean.
In particular, the Mozambique Area 4 and Iraq Zubair projects are considered representative successful cases achieved through the cooperation of the two companies.
