Soldier on Leave Arrested for Attempting to Sexually Assault Female Friend

The Gwangju Western Police Station announced on the 10th that they have arrested and are investigating Navy Corporal A (21) on charges of attempted rape after he tried to sexually assault a female friend he was drinking with.
Corporal A is accused of attempting to sexually assault the intoxicated female friend in a private room, known as a "room," at a bar in Seo-gu, Gwangju, around 12:48 a.m. that day.
He was caught in the act following a report from a bar employee who witnessed the incident.
