Hosted by the Gyeongbuk Admission Support Center, this college entrance briefing session will continue in the eastern region on the 11th (The-K Hotel Gyeongju, Gyeongju), the southern region on the 16th (Lotus 101, Gyeongsan), and the western region on the 17th (Gyeongsangbuk-do Office of Education Training Institute, Gumi).
This college entrance briefing session, which had been postponed for a while due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), will be conducted as a customized lecture presenting successful strategies for the 2021 academic year college entrance. To facilitate parents' attendance, it will be held for two hours from 7 p.m. in four lecture rooms.
Considering social distancing in daily life due to COVID-19, the Office of Education explained that the number of trainees will be limited, prior disinfection of the venue will be conducted, and health teachers will carefully check participants' temperatures at the entrance, provide hand sanitizers, and confirm mask-wearing while conducting the event.
This college entrance briefing session consists of four lectures: Metropolitan Area Universities I, Metropolitan Area Universities II, Regional Base National Universities, and National Education Universities, including analysis of early admission and support strategies. Parents can individually apply and choose one lecture to attend. The lectures, conducted by teachers belonging to the Gyeongbuk Admission Support Team and researchers from the Gyeongbuk Admission Support Center, will last 1 hour and 30 minutes. After the lecture, a Q&A session related to college entrance counseling will also be provided.
