[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Iwon Compotech announced on the 9th that it will acquire 50% of the shares of Bit Galaxia No.1 Investment Association for 30 billion KRW for the purpose of acquiring management rights.
Bit Galaxia No.1 Investment Association holds shares in KOSDAQ-listed companies Bucket Studio (24.13%) and Vident (18%). Bucket Studio has a subsidiary, BT One.
With this acquisition of shares in Bit Galaxia No.1 Investment Association, Iwon Compotech effectively secures management rights of Bucket Studio, Vident, and BT One.
